MAYHEM is Lady Gaga’s 7th studio album—a bold fusion of pop euphoria, raw aggression, nostalgia, and intimate confessions. It’s a rebellious love letter to Little Monsters who find beauty in chaos.

Beyond a full website redesign to enhance Lady Gaga's music gallery and shopping experience, we transformed the landing page into a MAYHEM playground—an interactive hub for exclusive drops, surprise interactions, and immersive storytelling. Designed to build deeper, more genuine connections with fans, this dynamic space sets the stage for the MAYHEM album release.

From the MAYHEM album art reveal to billboards and teaser videos on YouTube, every moment was strategically timed. The Abracadabra music video premiered during the Grammys, while we synchronized website content with TV spots, social media, and email newsletters to create a seamless, immersive rollout.

We extended the narrative beyond the website by creating a seamless visual connection between the interactive lyric reveal and the executive tracklist reveal on her social platforms.

Drawing inspiration from the psychometric Rorschach pattern, the website experience allowed fans to explore the emotional complexity of the MAYHEM album through an interactive click-and-drag motion, offering a poetic glimpse into the vulnerability of each song. This layered storytelling carried over to social media, where the executive tracklist reveal echoed the same visual language—bridging the chaos and intimacy of the album across platforms, deepening the connection between Lady Gaga and her fans.

Ahead of the MAYHEM album drop, we were turning the spotlight on Lady Gaga's fans with an interactive landing takeover that brings their creativity to life. Inspired by the album's retro VHS screens, this infinite TV grid will be an ever-expanding showcase of fan-made content—art, dance, remixes, reactions, and more—capturing the raw energy and excitement leading up to release day. As new creations roll in, the grid is intended to evolve in real-time, celebrating the collective passion of Little Monsters worldwide.

An album release landing page designed to lead fans to the listening platforms. We added a never-quite-match-up album art interactive puzzle element and random-load video backgrounds to intensify the MAYHEM.

The entertainment and music industries often lag in adopting cutting-edge digital experiences and tech stacks. Traditional artist websites have rarely been at the forefront of fan engagement, often due to a lack of innovation and strategy.

We created a fully customizable fan engagement platform where artists, like Lady Gaga, can break free from the constraints of social media platforms and traditional digital marketing. This platform will offer a digital space where the artist has complete creative control, enabling dynamic, one-of-a-kind experiences and authentic interactions with fans.

Beyond the Feed: A Dynamic Landing Experience

The landing page isn’t just a gateway to her latest album — it’s an extension of Gaga’s world. A living, breathing hub where fans can go deeper, beyond the surface of social media, into a more intimate, immersive connection with her vision. From exclusive drops and surprise moments to breaking news and storytelling, this space breaks past the limits of traditional platforms. It’s a bold, creative shift — a long-term strategy built to grow with every era and keep fans at the center of the experience.

The Living Archive: An Ever-Evolving Showcase of Gaga’s Artistry

For an artist like Lady Gaga, whose career spans over a decade, this platform is more than just a website—it’s a living portfolio of her ever-evolving artistry. Built on a design system that adapts to her shifting visual eras, it grows with her evolution, capturing her bold exploration of music and performance in an immersive, boundary-pushing way. Inspired by physical gallery spaces, the design embraces tight margins, minimal technical distractions, and expansive content viewing windows. Transitions like directional sliding, visual expansion, and multiple viewing formats enhance the experience, making every interaction feel like stepping into an evolving exhibit of her work.

Design system for A Multi-Sensory Retail Experience

We created reusable 3D model templates and material libraries for consistent, high-quality product imagery unique to the Lady Gaga brand. Alongside animated product videos, fans can now explore garment textures and media products in greater detail. Our custom 3D libraries also pave the way for future VR and AR experiences. Meanwhile, inspired by physical retail spaces, we introduced interactive features—fans can adjust the content scale, activate sound clips, and switch on mood lighting for a more immersive shopping experience.

To celebrate the new beginning of ladygaga.com, we created a 7-day countdown screen that captured Lady Gaga's artistic evolution while engaging fans through interactive visuals and dynamic effects. Using WebGL and Three.js with custom-built shaders, fans unveiled album code names daily, blending nostalgia and innovation to heighten excitement for MAYHEM aka LG7, which is her fans' lingo on her 7th studio album release.

Since January 2025, the Webby Award-winning redesign of Lady Gaga's official website, 

, has driven major growth in traffic and e-commerce.

In February alone, it drew 1.2 million visits and generated over $1.2 million from 22,607 transactions. Fans praised the redesign, with improved user experience, boosted add-to-cart rates by 128%, and raised average order value by 55%.

Partnering with Commerce-UI allowed us at Yung Studio to bring our creative vision for ladygaga.com to life. Their technical expertise enabled the dynamic content and design flexibility we needed to deliver a seamless, ever-evolving fan experience.

Hormones, crucial for numerous bodily functions, communicate vital information. Even minor hormonal fluctuations can significantly impact serious health issues. 

Constant hormone fluctuations demand continuous data. Eli moves at the speed of our body, generating dynamic and ever-changing data trails that enable a deeper understanding of your body so you can know better and feel better.

Our identity is rooted in the idea of a trusted companion. We balance the friendly name with modern, crisp letterforms to convey our constant pursuit of clarity and access to invaluable data insights.

We made connective dots, resembling the data points, the core visual element across the entire brand experience — from the identity design to the industrial design to the various graphic expressions.

Our brand’s graphic system is centered on each distinct hormone that we measure. Using a combination of dots and data trails, traces of their metaphorical movements, and associated colors, we create visuals that abstractly interpret the behaviors and characteristics of each hormone.

Every Woman's Marathon is exactly what it sounds like, an all-women event spearheaded by an all-female advisory board, partnerships, and wider community. The goal? Provide the most accessible and fun race for women of all levels and abilities.

Every Woman's Marathon is a race, but the goal is not to win. The race exists so that women can show up as a team, regardless of background or ability. At this marathon, every woman is welcomed and encouraged with open arms. We built the race's identity and graphic system based off that idea of unity as the core foundation. Themes of community and togetherness radiate throughout all assets.

The logotype is blocky and bold, meant to represent the ambition of this event, creating a clear message for women to come together. Keeping the logo stacked and slanted mirrors a flag-like shape, championing our community as a group all to our own.


The emblem represents the uniting force between Every Woman's Marathon and Milk's sponsorship. The colorful gradient bursts outward as a symbol of the collective energy and joyful celebration that emerges when we all come together.

Our broad range of colors in our gradient system represent different types of runners, such as The Moms, The Barefoot Runners, The Newbies, The Walkers, The Easy Runners, and The Celebrators. The varying color combinations and thickness within the gradient work together to further highlight the sense of community resonating between all participants.

By using shapes and paths as metaphors, our graphic language aims to inspire and uplift our audience by capturing these daunting distances as a collection of small wins worth celebrating.


Our gradient paths create a blur effect, mimicking the moving city sensory as you are running or in motion. The choreographed movements represent the different twists, turns, and pause within any given runner's journey.

LL Supreme presents a tougher, crisper and more geometric take on the classic typeface Futura, and, it was used in the previous Milk's 26.2 sponsorship program. We draw from its strong and distinctive characters that allow us to speak with confidence and clarity.

From our first meeting to our last, it was an absolute pleasure working with Melody and the Yung Studio team. The level of detail, thought, and care that went into the moodboards, to the deep typography knowledge, to the final brand guidelines – they are true masters of craft. Not only that, but they are genuinely kind, flexible, and considerate in their working relationship. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

The founders of Avos rely on their global aperture and vast experience to offer high touch, individual access to strategic wealth management. We created a functional and sophisticated brand identity system to bring their sharp point-of-view front and center.

Our main identifier of the brand is created from a simple typesetting of “La Pontaise Champion” as a way to keep our logo simple yet confident. The bold font & tight typesetting provide a notion of unwavering strength, as a positive message within the overarching finance category.

The Bagoss font family offers a wide range of symbols, supporting up to 117 different languages, which comes in handy with the global reach of the Avos brand.

Sunrise is on a long-term path to revolutionize the health care industry, and their first step is making clinically driven weight loss easier and more effective. We created a brand that brought their values and patient-centric approach to life. The identity represents the strength of a united community, and Sunrise's continuous pursuit of innovation.

The foundation of the Sunrise brand is the emblem, created by an interlocking circle of U shapes. The repeated shape represents individuals coming together in unity, and the energy that emits from the transformative power of that collaboration.

We developed a suite of illustrative icons originating from geometric shapes. We incorporated a sense of movement and upward motion to add a sense of actionability to the family of icons.

Another foundation of the Sunrise brand were the symbols developed to parallel the brand's values. Based in geometric shapes, each symbol is mirrored to values like patient-centrism, operational excellence, and impact-driven care. These symbols used in harmony work together to bring the visual metaphor of support and harmony to life.

Mischief is a venture capital firm for founders willing to think outside the box, backed by three successful founders themselves.

In a nod to their name, spirit, and target audience, we created a brand that stood out as much as the people who started it. The Mischief brand is whimsy, quirky, and unexpected. Most of all, it's meant to mirror the fun, crazy, anxiety-inducing, and rewarding ride that comes with building a business.

The custom Mischief logotype is confident, bold, and timeless. It's the perfect balance to the dynamic imagery and environment found in various applications.

We enhanced the mischievous characteristic through the blending of familiar graphical motifs into new and absurd dimensions.

Mischief's tone of voice and personality was shaped by the people who started the firm. It's confident, ambitious, and even bordering on crazy. The voice has big goals, and isn't afraid of sharing them. Also, if you're not willing to get a little creative and weird, you're probably at the wrong VC.

WILD changes the landscape of design leadership by amplifying women and non-binary designers’ collective power and visibility. We created a bubbly design system for WILD to express the power of strength in numbers.

The collective dots emulates individuals coming together to lead the future of creative in business. Dynamic “dot units” manifest the evolving and growing conversation bubbles in the WILD community.

Our shape system harnesses the idea of growing collective by creating a diverse set of shapes that are continually populating in size, complexity and dimension.

The use of transparent, reflective and comfort surfaces transform the inflated objects to suggest our active invitation to openness and safe space to share ideas.

The compact and dense font Good Girl creates a deliberate synergy with the brand visual characteristic. We pair this bold display font with a clear, optimistic font family Atlas Grotesk to support various functional content. Both of these fonts were created or co-created by women designers.

When it came time to find a partner to evolve AIGA SF's Women in Leadership & Design (WILD) brand identity, it was important for us to find a woman-led branding studio in the Bay Area so that we could not only breathe our mission but also reflect the local design community in the work itself. We want WILD to feel relevant, fresh, and dynamic for designers seeking community today — and that's exactly what the Yung Studio team delivered. I also appreciate their commitment to this project since the work was executed after standard business hours. They were quick, very receptive to feedback, and were able to develop a lot of brand assets in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend them to any organization looking to reimagine their look and feel in a unique way. Also, the fact that this collaborative effort brought together an all-women team was just amazing.

AIGA SF WILD

Yung is growing up. We revamped our brand to reflect the entrepreneurial creatives and founders that make up our nimble collective.

We blended upbeat gestural shapes and unexpected asymmetrical forms into our dynamic identity and graphic language to represent our diverse creative outputs, as well as the ever-changing challenges we endeavor together through entrepreneurship.

We paired the spontaneous quality with crisp base colors and a high-contrast typography system. Metaphorical, lighthearted imagery embodied the positive energy in our collaboration style. With experience in branding other companies, it was a fun challenge to uplift our own.

The brand identities express our collective and the diverse ideas and aesthetics we bring to the table. Each designer contributed to the everchanging letterforms, reflecting our flexible, scrappy collaboration.

High contrast typography and color treatments enable clear navigation and straight-to-the-point interactions throughout. We introduced dark mode to focus more clearly on our case studies overall.

Our tone of voice is exactly what it sounds like: ours. We wanted to be truthful, direct, and brief. We did our best to let the work speak more than any copy could. That said, just like our design approach, we still had plenty of fun striking the right balance between succinct and playful.

It became clear that our ENDEAVOR TOGETHER spirit is embodied in our collaboration after talking to our team and clients. I am so excited to share our "imperfect" identities, high-contrast type, WFH color palettes, and our truthful and direct narrative style. If you are also an entrepreneur, hopefully, you are feeling the vibe as well.

Juniver knows that there are no straight lines to recovery. We wanted to emulate a brand as thoughtful, compassionate, and patient as they are. We created a gentle voice with an optimistic, supportive graphic language for Juniver to recognize progress over perfection in their users’ journeys. After all, your journey is yours. You can now shape a path that feels like you.

Our main identifier of the brand is our painterly path language. We utilize an artistic stroke system that embodies elements of time, community, milestones, and the overall journey through eating disorders.

Our messaging treatments are inspired by the ebb and flow of people’s individual journeys. The separation of words mirrors the natural fluidity in speech.

Juniver’s tone of voice has to do two things: create an invitation for hope in category that hadn’t seen change or innovation and lead with tough love, as overcoming an eating disorder is no easy feat. We landed in a place that mixed compassion with realness to deliver a credible path forward.

Melody and the team didn't just bring our vision to life; they made it better. From messaging to brand identity and graphics, the team were imaginative and creative. We looked forward to every presentation because their output always sparked awe and delight in us. Fertility is one of the last taboos in healthcare. We partnered with the Modern Fertility founders to create a baby-free branding and packaging that set a new standard for personal reproductive health.

We blended precious yet approachable typography with gender-neutral color palettes to deliver important information about your body. Organic shapes and illustrations capture the singular moments and emotions that people experience around fertility.

Yung Studio is an incredible design partner. Over the last 3 years. we've worked together on various projects and I'm always impressed by the way Melody breaks down a problem and brings a completely fresh feel to everything she and her team design. Mulu is an entirely new way to workout that’s social, and most importantly, fun. It doesn’t matter how fit you are, or even where you are. All you need is a phone, some friends, and a desire to get in the game.

We created a friendly competitive atmosphere with gamified elements and a bold mascot to cheer you on at every stride.

From purposeful interior details, to above-standard amenities, to curated local experiences, LYRIC's suites are designed to be your space where you can feel equal parts inspired, comfortable, and plugged into different neighborhoods while traveling.

We based a visual identity system off of fundamental shapes to reflect the core of a city, architecture, and space design. The essential yet adaptive design language reflects the freedom, flexibility, and connection in a time when you can live and work anywhere.

LYRIC host uniform is designed to carry the feeling of a "first friend" for our guests as they arrive to a new city. The custom functional work jackets create an approachable, recognizable, and cohesive look and compliment the welcoming communal space. The locally designed city patches become great conversation starters.

Inspired by a home library, our custom-made hub is built to draw attention to our guest collateral, yet integrates into the existing interior aesthetic.

Leading with interior design inspiration, the centralized binder provides our guests all the essential information for their stays. It is also an opportunity to feature and celebrate our local partnerships.

Domaine Display and Text typefaces support authentic storytelling and bring humanity and approachability to the brand. The workhorse typeface, Basel, is perfect for body copy, signage, and other essential content. Its clear and foundational construction imply stability and intuitiveness.

Yung Studio is a creative force. Melody came into Lyric with the ability to look at the brand from various points of view allowing her to help drive and create the brand identity that we have today, then spans both the digital and physical spaces the brand inhabits.

High Side was founded by 3 friends with a passion for great-tasting coffee and the outdoors. The brand design is inspired by the laid-back atmosphere of San Diego, taking a caffeinated twist on 60’s psychedelic motifs.

The name evokes a spike upward, inspired by slang used by riders, characteristic of the brew’s potent punch. If you decide to let it sit for long enough, you just might have to punch back. Of course, helmet optional but recommended during consumption.
