Still processing this. What started with a surprise phone call on a flight to NYC turned into the wildest, most creatively fulfilling year of our studio life.
Every idea was a “what if.” Every week, a new experiment. We prototyped without seeing the album. We launched before we had a product. We worked like a startup, shipped like a newsroom, and designed like fans. No fancy PM tools—just Slack, Google Docs, and trust.
Lady Gaga gave us the freedom to go bold. Her team gave us the space to move fast. And the fans? They reminded us why we build at all.
